Father’s Day Top 3 Gift picks! (Every price range.)

1. Chef’s Choice M130 Professional Sharping Station

fathers day gift knife sharpener chef's choice

This is a great gift for the cooking dad. The chef’s knife is the most prized and versatile tool in the kitchen. This product helps to maintain and keep that sharp edge that Dad needs to chop, cut, mince, slice and dice.

I love this product. It works for all brands of knives, both asian and western style knives. It has angled guides for the creation of superb edges. It has 3 stages. A %100 diamond stage that creates a perfect hard edge, a hardened mineral steel stage for honing, and finally a stage of flexible stropping disk for polishing the blades edge, providing great quality razor sharpness.

2. For the coffee lover! – Nespresso De’Longhi Lattissima Pro

nespresso de'longhi lattissima pro fathers day gift coffee espresso machine

The Latissima Pro from De’Longhi and Nespresso is a great gift for the coffee loving dad. It is a one touch fully automatic espresso and coffee machine. These Nespresso machines are pretty innovative and when they paired up with De’Longhi they knocked it out of the coffee shop. This is like having a barista at home, but affordable!

It brews with 19 bars of pressure for fully tampered and brewed espresso. Latte Crema System™ delivers perfectly frothed or steamed milk to match the drink being brewed, auto-cleans after use, and can be stored in the refrigerator to keep milk cool when not brewing. Let me tell you, the froth on these machines is pretty amazing. Cappuccino at home, no problem!

You can select the beverage of your choice. (choices: ristretto, espresso, lungo, cappuccino, latte, and hot milk. )
It also has a hot water option for brewing tea and hot chocolate. Also, all the settings are customizable from the touch screen, for our personal preference in size an espresso strength.

The Lattissima Pro is designed to make the most of your space and time. Its easily removable capsule container, hidden behind the drip tray, holds up to 16 used coffee capsules, which means significantly fewer trips to the trash bin for you.

It uses nespresso capsules like it’s keureg competitor, but the capsules are fully recyclable! Check it, keureg’s capsules are not recyclable, and the capsules have become the water bottle of our generation. I’m glad to see nespresso took our environment into consideration when creating their product.
A range of 22 coffee varieties (sold separately) come pre-portioned for use with the Lattissima.

Dad will love this, well, not just dad. Anyone would love this!

3. Whiskey Stones

These little dudes are handy for the spirit connoisseur dad. The concept of these is genius. You store the stones in your freezer for chilling beverages or liquor for a literal “on the rocks”. It chills your dads beverages without watering them down, like ice would.

Scandinavians have used granite rocks for this same purpose for hundreds of years, but soapstone has superior thermal properties and the non-porous soapstone won’t scratch Dad’s glass. They can be washed in clean water, then allow them to dry. Your dad can chill them and store them in the freezer.  When he adds this great gift to his drinks, he can relax knowing that he’s drinking like a boss!
