Oh, sweet focaccia dough! It’s FRIDAY! 

So, I’m starting this new blog journey. Im hoping more digital organization in my life will make things less hectic and maybe help to keep the inspirational juices flowing. And…well…..It’s Friday!  What better day of the week to start a great new adventure. 

While I’m still in my pajamas, which I should be ashamed, being that it is 11:30 on a weekday, I’m not. Because I’ve got big things in store. I’ll be playing with some chuck roast for pulled beef and doing some sauce reductions. Also making onion Focaccia for sandwiching the delicious meat. All of this at the boyfriend’s request as he headed off to work this morning. Sunday will be even more fantastic as I’ll be throwing down on some Brioche dough with the intention of beignets. Maybe a blueberry lemon sauce, or candied nuts, or both. I’ll see, or should I say we’ll see, now that I’ve got this fancy new blog to share all the tasty fun.

 I’ve got ideas rolling for recipe production and testing, so stay tuned.
