It’s amazingly fast and reads temperatures in 3 seconds. And, it’s ease of use is wonderful. Open it by folding it out, it turns on- fold it close, and it turns off. You can’t beat it.

I love this cookbook. Acclaimed pastry chef Elisabeth Prueitt and baker Chad Robertson knocked it out of the park with this gem. They share wonderful recipes and secrets to transform these treats. Mom will want to jump right in the kitchen and get baking. So you will probably benefit as she will most certainly want to try out these recipes on the awesome offspring that gave her this wonderful cookbook.

4. KitchenAid Beater Blades- Make it Easier for Her
Mom will thank you big on this one if she has a kitchen aid mixer. Without this wonderful invention, she would have to stop the stand mixer intermittently to scrape the sides of the bowl for ingredient distribution. With this, she no longer has to do that. The blade is fitted with a rubber scraper that does all that work for you. I love these things, and so will she.
